When: 8 Wednesday evening sessions: 3rd May – 24th June plus Saturday Silent Practice Day (date to be confirmed) Times: 7.00-9.00pm

Minimum age 18

Learn new ways of handling stress, pain and difficult feelings. An experiential course in mindfulness, based on the work of Jon Kabat-Zinn and Mark Williams. Learn in a supportive group environment with an experienced meditator and trainer.
