All-levels Yoga Flow

Yoga is great way to keep yourself healthy and mobile, but it is much more than a form of exercise. Yoga is a transformational process that helps you integrate body, breath, mind and heart. With regular practice, you can rediscover your natural inner calm, sense of wholeness, and connection with others— transforming yourself on every level. Certified with Yoga Alliance Professionals (UK) as an experienced yoga teacher, Liz has 500+ hours teaching experience, and brings a deep understanding of human physiology, anatomy and body dynamics to her classes. What to expect: Each gentle, flowing yoga session combines classic Hatha yoga postures with breath coordination and dynamic “vinyasa” movement to help restore blood flow, energy, and awareness to all the joints and organs of the body. With lots of options and modifications available, Liz will help you explore your own range of motion in a safe and progressive way.
