Beginners Yoga 4 week course with Ensō Yoga

When: Tuesdays 2, 9, 16, 23 March 19.45-20.45

This is a 4 week course and will be by advance booking due to Covid-19 restrictions. Numbers will be limited to allow for social distancing and hand sanitiser/wipes will be available.

This course will be focussed on introducing the fundamentals of yoga. You’ll be guided through various postures each week, working up to a gentle flowing sequence by week 4. No previous experience of yoga is necessary, you’ll be made to feel welcome and safe. Just bring an open mind and a smile!
