'Salmon Fishcakes' is the third in a series of individual cookery courses held at the beautiful Insole Court in Llandaff, Cardiff, aimed at pre-school children aged 2-5 years.

We will start the session looking at our ingredients; there will be some beautiful salmon, Welsh Cheddar and Welsh Potatoes. Your child will then be guided through making 2 salmon fishcakes.

The fishcakes will be prepared during the session, then placed in a container to take home and bake. Box for transport and recipe to take home containing cooking instructions provided.

Arty Cooks is very excited to be working with the National Botanic Garden of Wales to deliver this course as part of a fabulous project, 'Growing The Future', which champions Welsh horticulture, plants for pollinators, the protection of wildlife and the virtues of growing plants for food, fun, health and well-being.

This project has received funding through the Welsh Government Rural Communities – Rural Development Programme 2014-2020, which is funded by the European Agricultural Fund for Rural Development and the Welsh Government.
