This workshop will assist you to develop your menopause framework and support people who are experiencing troublesome menopause symptoms to stay in the workplace.

  • Creating an inclusive environment where people can talk about menopause openly
  • Managing & supporting people with difficult menopausal symptoms
Barriers to performance for people with difficult symptoms Reasonable adjustments that help people stay in work Case study activities The workshop is suitable for any Line Management or Supervisory, Team Leader role, Menopause Champions, HR & Wellbeing Leads, Equality Leads, Trade Union Representatives, Business Owners, Occupational Health Practitioners, anyone interested in or with a role in advancing the Menopause agenda in their workplace ensuring improved management of women with symptoms.
