Meadowside Yoga with Molly
When: May 20th – August 5th Thursday 10.30-12
I have been teaching since 2017 and trained for 2yrs following several back ops, hoping to encourage others to develop a practice not only after injury but throughout life to maintain physical and mental well being.
Please bring a mat, water, something cosy for relaxation. Wear a mask to and from your mat. I will check your temperature before class. You will need to complete a questionnaire before starting with me.
