If you would like to know more about the menopause transition, or maybe your symptoms are impacting day to day activities & performance at work and you would like strategies and tips to help this, then join us for an informative, interactive, inclusive & fun session that will help you to build your resilience to better manage your menopause symptoms at home and at work!

Awareness of all things menopause gives women the best opportunity to build resilience, stay healthy, active and working, through this transition period!

Your host and facilitator for the afternoon is Sarah Williams of Equality Counts, a menopause trainer and expert in embedding equality in the workplace.

Sarah will be joined by local experts who will share how their approaches can be applied in menopause

This workshop is suitable for anyone wanting to increase resilience in managing their symptoms and approach to this time of transition.

The event assumes no prior knowledge of Menopause.
