Mindful Space Members Programme

When: Wednesdays 21 August, 18 September, 16 October, 20 November, 18 December 2019 (3rd Wed/month) Times: 7:00-9:00pm

Suitable for all 8-week mindfulness course graduates

Mindful Space Membership gives you access to an on-going programme of mindfulness training and support.

It gives you the opportunity to:

· have regular input from experienced mindfulness trainers through monthly Level II evening workshops

· practise mindfulness meditation in a group

· connect with other practitioners and develop your mindfulness network

· reflect on your practice through one-to-one mentoring sessions and

· develop your mindfulness meditation with Silent Practice Days each term

Vicki Worsley is an experienced meditator, counsellor, teacher and trainer. She trained in mindfulness with Jon Kabat-Zinn (USA), Thich Nhat Hanh (France) and at Bangor University. She has an MA in Buddhist Studies from Bristol University. For more info or to book:, [email protected], 07706830313
