Mindfulness Drop-in Evening: Mindful body, Mindful movement

When: 19th November 7pm-9pm

The evening will be an opportunity to:

- pause and have an evening of stillness and reflection

- develop mindfulness skills

- learn gentle mindful movement techniques

- meet up with others interested in mindfulness

- work with mindfulness trainer Vicki Worsley

Vicki Worsley is an experienced meditator, counsellor, teacher and trainer. She trained in mindfulness with Jon Kabat-Zinn (USA), Thich Nhat Hanh (France) and at Bangor University. She has an MA in Buddhist Studies from Bristol University.
