Mindfulness Drop-in Evening, Pause, Learning to Stop and Breathe

When: Wednesday 24 July 2019 Times: 7:00-9:00pm

The evening will be an opportunity to:

- pause and have an evening of stillness and reflection

- develop mindfulness skills

- meet up with others interested in mindfulness

- work with mindfulness trainer Vicki Worsley


Vicki Worsley is an experienced meditator, counsellor, teacher and trainer. She trained in mindfulness with Jon Kabat-Zinn (USA), Thich Nhat Hanh (France) and at Bangor University. She has an MA in Buddhist Studies from Bristol University.
