Learn new ways of handling stress, anxiety, pain and difficult feelings. Mindfulness training based on the work of Jon Kabat-Zinn and Mark Williams. Learn in a supportive group environment with experienced meditators and trainers. We run 8-week mindfulness (MBSR/MBCT) courses, on-going training, workshops and we also teach one-to-one.
