Pelvic Health Workshop: An informative education session led by a specialist physiotherapist. Learn more about your bladder, bowel and pelvic floor. See how your core and pelvic floor work together and find out how pregnancy, childbirth and the menopause have their effect.

Led by Gillian McCabe, Specialist Physiotherapist and owner of Physiotherapy for Women at 470a Cowbridge Road East, Cardiff CF5 1BJ.

This popular workshop sells out quickly. Gillian McCabe has over a decade of experience in the field of Physiotherapy for women. This workshop is designed to educate and inform you about your pelvis, pelvic floor, core, bladder and bowel. There will be talks included on incontinence, pain and pelvic organ prolapsed.

Who is it for? - Any woman!

Any women may attend whether they have given birth or not.

Whether you have been or are pregnant, if you are thinking of starting a family, if your family is older and you are facing the menopause or even if you have not had children. All women have a pelvic floor and need to know how to train it. Let Gillian enlighten you and remove the taboo of talking about this often private and poorly understood area of your body.
