Do you ever wonder how to exercise your pelvic floor muscles? Have you ever suffered with incontinence, prolapse or pelvic pain? Has childbirth negatively affected your health and well being? Would you like to learn more about how your body works and how to train your core muscles correctly?

Specialist Pelvic Health Physiotherapist, Gillian McCabe returns by popular demand to provide her enlightening talk on pelvic health. If you are aged 18 years or over and have questions about your own pelvic health, book your slot and enjoy being taken on a journey to better knowledge and understanding so that you can take better care of you!

Gillian McCabe is a Specialist Pelvic Health Physiotherapist with over a decade of experience in the specialist field of pelvic floor and pelvic health rehabilitation for women. Gillian runs a busy pelvic health clinic in the Victoria Park area of Cardiff helping women regain their confidence, health and well being through physiotherapy and holistic treatments. Gillian provides this workshop as a taster session for women to find out more about their own bodies, to learn how to correctly exercise their pelvic floor and core muscles and to feel confident in what is normal regarding bladder and bowel function. Gillian has run previous workshops in Monmouth and Cardiff, all of which have been very well attended and enjoyed by all. If you are over 18 years of age and female, this workshop is for you. Whether you have had children or not, are into fitness and exercise or not and whether you have pelvic health problems or not. Remember, prevention is better than a cure, but it’s never too late to do something positive for your own health and well being!
