Wednesday Beginners Physio Led Pilates class – great for anyone wanting to start pilates.

Thursdays 5.00-6.00pm Beginners Physio Led Pilates – great for anyone wanting to try pilates. Also good for anyone with low back pain.

Small classes in line with covid 19 restrictions and social distancing. Temperatures will be taken prior to entering classes for the safety of all participants. You will need to bring your own mat. Contact us to find out more and book in. Spaces limited so booking in advance is required.
