Suitable for all levels - an interest in somatic movement + yoga recommended, backgrounds in all movement disciplines welcomed.

A mixture of led and exploratory somatic practices centred around refining sensory experience - especially hearing, touch, spatial, interoceptive (visceral sense) and proprioceptive (body awareness). In a culture where our eyeballs are constantly bombarded with information, increasing our capacity to tap into that which we cannot see is of profound importance.

Ever turned the music down in your car so that you can 'see' better whilst parking?

It works both ways! In fact, it works all ways.

The retreat will end with deeeeep rest and a gong bath + home-made choc / other lovingly prepared snacks / a little time to chat + ask questions.
