The Inner Way

When: 7th November- 12th December 6pm- 8pm Thursday

Utilising meditation, mindfulness, and relaxation techniques the course will also look at working with the energy systems in the body. It will also explore how positive thinking affects the emotions and how this can impact on physical health.

Throughout the six weeks you will learn methods to counteract stress and deal more positively with life‘s challenges.

Maxine Allinson BA MHAO

A Professional Energy Healer who has been working with how the mind affects the body and developing inner peace for over 20 years. She specialises in connecting people to their spiritual side in particular through working with the natural world.

Please bring a blanket or yoga mat to each session. You may also wish to bring a cushion for comfort whilst practising meditation. Tea and coffee will be provided.
