An evening dedicated to mums with simple and practical tips that you can take away and put into practice to start immediately improving your own wellbeing.

Betsan will give practical tips on how to exercise safely post birth, how to get workouts done with little ones around, and will be sharing a 20 minute, full body workout to try at home.

Fay will be sharing her top tips on helping parents to help their 4-12 month old’s to sleep better.

Joanne will talk about nutrition to support energy levels and sleep with advice on how to slowly build changes into your diet so that they become habits


There will be a welcome drink and nibbles as well as the three sessions and they'll be plenty of time for questions at the ed as well as an exciting wellness goody bag.
