No age restrictions. If you have your own mat, bring that along or feel free to use one of mine.  Bring a cushion or light blanket for relaxation.

Gentle pilates class for all levels – whether you are a beginner or have had more experience. You choose the level suitable for you.  Strengthen your core abdominal muscles. Get more flexible in your spine, hips and knees. Stretch, stay strong, supple and relax!
