Yoga is a way of being and over the 11 week term you will find your way of connecting with the body through a variety of experiences including asana, breath, chanting, mudras and mantras. Everything yoga is aimed at bringing balance to mind, body and spirit. It provides you with time and space away from the daily routine of life to re-connect to you. As the body opens and strengthens so do the mind and feelings simultaneously feeling freer and grounded, physically, mentally, emotionally and spiritually.

Anecdotal information about the seasons and moon cycles

What to wear:
Comfortable clothes, layers are useful

What to bring:
A yoga mat
Block / brick
Cushion or throw for relaxation (optional)
